Of course they are boiled before they are baked to give them that authentic delicious shiny crust. Put a big smear on a fresh Goldberg's bagel and you will think you have died and gone to heaven (or at least to the lower east side). Our bagels are the best but so is all the food at Goldberg's. Try our locally roasted, specially blended full bodied coffee that is sure to please the most discriminating coffee lover. While you're at it, come sample our wide selection of homemade baked goods, egg sandwiches, espressos, lattes, and so much more.

When you're in the mood for lunch come on in and try our extensive menu featuring fresh salads, grilled Panini's, gourmet sandwiches, and classic cafe sandwiches like our homemade white albacore tuna.
